Knee and shoulder tag are great games to keep fit and have competitions on your scores with friends and family.
You must always be facing your partner and if you are playing knee tag you are trying to tag your partners knees to secure 1 point. Likewise, if you choose shoulder tag!
You can’t block the body part to prevent your partner tagging you
You must stay inside of your 10 x 10 box or area which can be set up using cones or household items!
If you win the first game, you place one hand behind your back and play with one hand to add as a challenge!
You can set your own time limits on games, for example 1-minute game or first to 3 points.
