Oat pancakes topped with apples or bananas, cinnamon, a bit of honey or lemon
This is what you will need:
– 1 cup of oats
– 1 cup of skimmed or semi skimmed milk
– 1 egg
This is what you need to do:
1. Blend the 3 ingredients together
2. Spray a little bit of oil in a pan
3. Make your pancakes (this will make 8-10 pancakes)

Each pancake contains approximately:
– 60 calories
– 5g of fibre
– 25g of carbohydrates
