School of the Month – Let’s meet Mrs Gibson from the office

As we continue our look inside Hadrian Park Primary School, today our year 6 pupils went to interview Mrs Gibson, you may have met her in the school office.

What is the most popular thing that children ask you?
Can I have some ice?

We reckon that people think that your job is to take in forgotten PE kits or forgotten packed lunches, is that really all you have to do? OK this is your chance to let the adults know about all of the other things that you do!
No, I answer the phones, collect the registers, first aid, filing and that’s just a few.

Who was your favourite teacher when you were at school and why?
Mr Long was my favourite teacher because he was so funny and gave us electric shocks.
(Don’t try this at home kids)

What was your favourite school meal?
Didn’t like them but she liked the pudding.

Did you enjoy school?
Yes best days of my life.

What is your favourite take away meal?
Indians all the way.

When you’re not in the school office, what do you do to relax?
Sit, have a glass of wine and watch tv.

Do you have any hobbies?
Walks her dog

Which primary school did you attend?
Murton School in New York.

Why is Wallsend ‘special’ to you?
It has Hadrian Park School in it.

Any thing else that you would like our visitors to know?
It is a fantastic school with fantastic staff and fantastic pupils.
