We don’t offer fish fingers, we have salmon – sweet chili, Harry Ramsden’s cod portion
Who was your favourite teacher when you were at school and why?
Mrs Ferguson – Home Economics. I loved cooking
What was your favourite school meal?
Mince and dumplings

Chinese and Subway salad
When you’re not preparing school meals, what do you do to relax?
I love being with my poodle Charlie. Long walks and playing on the field with the ball with him

I work in a brilliant school, Churchill Community College, this is very special to me. I have been in Churchill 7 years

I have worked on school meals for 31 years. Working with students and staff means so much to me, you get to meet some interesting and amazing people
